For the endurance of any component the proper selection of material is just as important as proper design. This does not only apply to our highly wear-resistant components for stock-preparation but also to our hydraulic components. For more than 30 years we are partner for the pulp- and paper industry in both sectors.
Rotors
We managed to transfer our experience in the field of screens to rotor design. By use of our exchangeable wear-resistant Certashield® elements on the individual wings of a rotor we do not only dramatically increase endurance but also reduce the risk of brittle fracture of the rotor itself.
